1 pizza dough
6 fresh figs
150 g fresh goat cheese
1 teaspoon of sugar
2- Method :
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
Peel the onions and slice them finely.
Fry the onions in a hot pan with a little olive oil and sugar.
Mix well and leave to caramelize. Onions should take a nice color.

Crumble the goat.
Unroll the pizza dough and arrange it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the caramelized onions.
