I couldn’t help but dream for a moment, close my eyes and see myself in the middle of the summer season, enjoying the sun, and the windows all open to let the beautiful morning breeze wake my children gently. and colorful, the smoothie is the fresh and delicious drink for this kind of moment it is ultra simple and quick to prepare.
Tropical Smoothie
A fruit smoothie or smoothie is a type of drink made from mixed fruits and vegetables, sometimes mixed with fruit juices.
Ingrédients
- 150 g pineapple
- 150 g Beautiful frozen mango
- 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 100 g small frozen papaya cube
- 50 cl Orange juice
- 15 cl lime juice
- 200 ml coconut water
- (½ cup) plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- remove pineapple eyes with a sharp knife and fibrous heart
- Put in the bowl of a blender the flesh of the fruits and also put the yogurt and the orange juice and the lime juice and the coconut water
