this is a healthy and tasty fish dish, very quick to prepare. It is the baked sea bass, perfumed with smells, with lemon and fresh spring onion. Ready in the oven in just 20 minutes and without the use of pots or pans. For a quick dinner to prepare, with great taste.
- 2 fish sea basses of 500-600 g each
- 2 spring onions
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- black pepper
- To prepare the baked sea bass, lay the cleaned, washed and stuffed fish on a sheet of aluminum foil with a sprig of rosemary, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Spread some chopped parsley, lemon slices, chopped onions and garlic slices outside.
- Sprinkle with half a glass of white wine and close the foil. Place the foil on the oven plate, covered with the appropriate paper, and transfer to a hot oven at 200 °. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the parchment carefully, because of the steam that will come out and serve the sea bass in parchment with a turn of oil as desired.
