Ingredients for 6 persons :

- 200 g of Mozzarella

Instructions :

Notes :
If you don’t have fresh tomatoes at your disposal, to prepare your sauce you can also use tomato coulis. Brown two cloves of garlic in 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add the tomato coulis, salt and boil until the sauce is dense. Finish preparing your sauce by adding a few basil leaves.
