A delicious non-alcoholic cocktail that I often prepare in the summer because my daughters like to consume fruit juice, a virgin margarita with mango and lime, great combinations of flavor.
This week we had a big snowstorm, impossible to get outside except to clear the entrance of the house, my daughter Layla asked me for a mango margarita our favorite fruit. I use frozen mango it will save me from adding ice cubes but you can also use fresh mango and freeze the cubes for a few minutes.
We consume a lot of mango, an exotic fruit rich in Provitamin A and fiber, whether it’s a mango Lassi or a fruit cocktail. A little sun in the house can only do us good while waiting for summer.
- Cut the mango into cubes and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- In a blender pour the mango pieces, the soda, the coconut milk and the sugar without forgetting the lime juice.
- Mix the preparation well for a few minutes so that it is smooth.
- Combine sea salt and grated coconut and pour into a plate.
- Take a lime slice and rub the outline of the glass.
- Then roll the outline of the glass in the salt-coconut mixture.
- Pour the virgin margarita in the glass and serve immediately.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of lime.
