- 200 g caster sugar

- 250 g ripe strawberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to th.6 (180 ° C). Reduce your small butter cookies to a fine powder using a robot. Work the butter with a spatula so that it is ointment and incorporate it into the cookie powder. Spread the preparation about 1 cm thick in a springform pan. Then wash the strawberries without soaking them, hull them and cut them into pieces then place them on your cheesecake base.
