Tasty Poached egg recipe !!
Poached eggs are a beautiful thing. The whites are just firm enough on the outside to contain an oozy, golden yolk in a round little egg package. And with a few tips, you too can learn how to poach an egg perfectly every time!
- 1 large egg
- 1-2 tbsp vinegar
- Some water
Heat the water over medium heat in a saucepan until it reaches 80º.
Pour the tablespoon of vinegar into the water.
Crack an egg into a bowl.
Stir the water with a spoon.
Carefully pour the egg into the center of the swirl.
Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.Remove the egg with a slotted spoon.Repeat the process with the eggs you wish to cook.
Serve and enjoy.!!
