Tasty Poached egg recipe !!

Poached eggs are a beautiful thing. The whites are just firm enough on the outside to contain an oozy, golden yolk in a round little egg package. And with a few tips, you too can learn how to poach an egg perfectly every time!

Ingrédients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1-2 tbsp vinegar
  • Some water

Instructions
 

  • Heat the water over medium heat in a saucepan until it reaches 80º.
  • Pour the tablespoon of vinegar into the water.
  • Crack an egg into a bowl.
  • Stir the water with a spoon.
  • Carefully pour the egg into the center of the swirl.
  • Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.Remove the egg with a slotted spoon.Repeat the process with the eggs you wish to cook.
  • Serve and enjoy.!!
