Instructions
 

  • Brown the smoked sausages in oil. Remove and cut into rings.
  • Add the peppers, onion, spring onions, garlic, thyme and bay leaf. Brown the shrimp and chorizo ​​for 3 to 4 min over high heat, stirring constantly.
