Authentic Yum Yum Sauce Recipe !!

Yum Yum Sauce is an easy sauce for seafood and vegetables.  Now you can make your favorite pink sauce at home!

Ingrédients
  

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1-4 Tablespoons Water as needed
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin optional – This is the secret ingredient that Hibachi restaurants add to their sauce to give it a very authentic Japanese flavor. You can replace it with rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or Sake

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until smooth, using only 1 Tablespoon of water to start, and adding more as needed for desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
  • Store leftover sauce in a tightly sealed container or jar for up to 5 days.
