Condensed Milk Recipe

An easy recipe to make your sweetened condensed milk at home!

Ingrédients
  

  • 150 g powdered coconut milk
  • 150 g palm sugar
  • 120 ml of lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

First way instructions :

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until you have condensed milk that is soft, thick and thick.
  • Use it as you would with condensed milk.
  • This will keep in the refrigerator "for up to two weeks if stored in an airtight jar.

second way instructions :

  • Place the coconut milk and sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and bring to a boil, whisking until the sugar dissolves.
  • As soon as the milk has reached the boiling point, reduce the heat to its lowest level.
  • Simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally, until the milk has reduced by half and has reached a thick consistency.
  • Once you have reached the desired thickness, remove it from the heat and beat again.
  • Pour into a sterile glass jar, allow to cool slightly, then replace the lid. Store in the refrigerator "for up to a month.

Notes

  • If you use coconut sugar, the milk will darken as it decreases.
