Ingrédients
  

  • 2 fish sea basses of 500-600 g each
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • rosemary
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • To prepare the baked sea bass, lay the cleaned, washed and stuffed fish on a sheet of aluminum foil with a sprig of rosemary, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Spread some chopped parsley, lemon slices, chopped onions and garlic slices outside.
  • Sprinkle with half a glass of white wine and close the foil. Place the foil on the oven plate, covered with the appropriate paper, and transfer to a hot oven at 200 °. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the parchment carefully, because of the steam that will come out and serve the sea bass in parchment with a turn of oil as desired.
