To prepare the baked sea bass, lay the cleaned, washed and stuffed fish on a sheet of aluminum foil with a sprig of rosemary, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Spread some chopped parsley, lemon slices, chopped onions and garlic slices outside.
Sprinkle with half a glass of white wine and close the foil. Place the foil on the oven plate, covered with the appropriate paper, and transfer to a hot oven at 200 °. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the parchment carefully, because of the steam that will come out and serve the sea bass in parchment with a turn of oil as desired.
