Healthy vosgian salad recipe

Ingrédients
  

  • 1 lettuce salad (according to your convenience)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tray of smoked bacon
  • 1 sachet of plain croutons
  • 1 dozen cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar of heavy cream
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • tomates
  • 1 onion

Instructions
 

  • Steam your potatoes.
  • cut the tomatoes in boxes and the onion in slices
  • Meanwhile, sort, wash and spin your salad.
  • When the potatoes are cooked, brown your bacon and set aside. Keep the fat that these will have returned in your pan then mix balsamic vinegar and add fresh cream (all this at your convenience). Then make 2 fried eggs.
  • To serve, in a plate or a large bowl, first put the salad, then the potatoes that you will have diced, bacon and croutons, then arrange the cherry tomatoes on top and a fried egg. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and crème fraîche sauce that you have previously prepared. Enjoy your meal !
